"Rethinking Democracy: Comparative Lessons for America's Electoral Future"Community Forum

About this event

Our LWV of Santa Barbara Community forum will feature Prof. Heather Stoll, who will share her insights on the institutional framework of American democracy, with a particular focus on the rules governing elections, and place it in a comparative context. This perspective highlights the United States as a political outlier among peer democracies—especially in its electoral system.

We are pleased to cosponsor this event with the Contemporary Issues Forum at the Unitarian Society, 1535 Santa Barbara St. I hope to see you there!
